Objective:      Make DOOR & ACCESS SYSTEMS the leadership publication in its category.

Strategy:      Redesign publication and actively promote ad sales.

Execution:      Stevens Baron Communications redesigned publication from cover to cover.  SBC sold ad space by telephone, in person and by mail.

Results:      Increased publication from 40 to 72 pages due to increase in space advertising from 20 to 38 pages per issue.  DOOR & ACCESS SYSTEMS has become the leading publication in its industry.
