When it comes to Crisis Communications and Public Relations, Stevens Baron stands at the top of the ladder. We just received the Public Relations Society of America’s highest honor-Best of Show at their awards luncheon in December for our work on the King Nut Salmonella outbreak crisis program. We protected the reputation of a fine Cleveland company, and we helped them through the stormy waters it had to weather.
But that isn’t the only successful crisis program that Stevens Baron has driven over the years. We were involved with the primetime media attack on the automatic door manufacturers. We led the transition of Centerior Energy into First Energy. We planned and executed the crisis, employee and media plan for multiple cities as part of the bankruptcy filing for a major American foundry. We made sure that a corporate embarrassment never reached the media. We handled crisis communication planning for a major utility’s nuclear plant. There was a nursing home that was caught up in an emotional property dispute. And, we handled a hospital’s nursing strike as well as the public relations around a company’s difficult labor negotiations with skill and finesse.
There is a cost effective, responsive option when it comes to your crisis communications. We can handle all aspects of crisis communications: planning, message preparation, media training, press relations, online communications/response, social media, media tracking and analytics, community relations and witness preparation. We have been well schooled on crisis best practices, and have had numerous speaking opportunities on the subject of crisis communications.
We would welcome the opportunity to speak to you about our capabilities. Certainly we would welcome the chance to help you.
